By medicals bad and fake the middle of I collapsed emotionally. The stability was gone. I used the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) to take a month off from work. The psychiatrist was concerned that the Lexapro wasn't working well enough, so she put me on another antidepressant. A major mistake!
Next we got into movement and exercise I medicals fake don't he said You don't what I asked Move at all he said Oh He explained that he sits in his car for almost an hour on his drive then he sits all day long at work then in his car again for his hour long drive home. He fully admitted that he knows he should exercise, but he just doesn't. He used to, many years ago. I remembered him as an athlete. But not now. Not for a long time.

Apparently, his company sends its top level executives to this fancy schmancy private medical clinic for their annual check-ups. It's one of these up-medicals bad and fake-coming diagnostic centers where you spend the entire day there going through a variety of medical tests in posh surroundings. Then you sit down for a "board meeting" with the doctors at the end of the day to review your test results. As you can imagine, these places are quite popular with the "in" crowd. I like to call them the "elite diagnostic day spas"! Much pomp and circumstance!
Forty years ago we completely changed our lifestyle. Why? We were tricked by a fake cholesterol scare campaign that caused millions of people to get tested. The test method was incorrect and slim healthy people were put on a diet. The diet was a simple reversal of our trusted traditional diet. It became known as the pyramid diet.
The first year of high school was a continuation of the hell I went through in middle school. But within the first year, I began to learn to hide in the crowd, stay in the background, try not to make any waves.
Still, I lost my job due to absenteeism. But instead of planning my death, I began looking for a new one. I felt a sense of hope but one that is realistic. I could now organize my thoughts.
We shouldn't try to cut more than 1,000 calories per day (unless under medical instruction) as this will force our bodies into thinking we are starving and this makes them hold onto that fat rather than burning it. Again, not fair!
